POSITION TITLE                      Sales Manager
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
The sales manager will be responsible for managing the sales process for the performance management solutions within a geographic territory.  The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing and retaining existing client relationships.  This is a rewarding role in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment with an entrepreneurial organization.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Managing the sales process from beginning to end
  • Acquiring new customers and retaining current clientele
  • Setting sales goals and targets
  • Strives to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Developing and negotiating sales contracts
  • Identify and qualify leads
  • Developing and managing a clear and descriptive sales pipeline
  • Understanding customer needs and provides a positive customer experience
  • Briefing the main office and supervisor periodically with progress, updates or questions
 
EDUCATION AND SKILL
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business, Computer Science related field
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • HR tech, software solutions experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong business and technology acumen
  • Competent in MS Office Products
  • Adaptability and ability to learn
  • Self motivated and minimal need for supervision
  • Must be available to travel as required for sales opportunities
